After the showjumpers, it was up to the eventing riders to entered the beautiful show ring of Geneva. Especially for the occasion, the ring was transformed into a indoor cross country arena. 19 combinations started in this class. In the and the biggest difficulty seemed to be the time: no combination could keep the zero on the scoreboard. In the end it was the French rider Sidney Dufresne who took the victory with his 17-year old Looping de Buissy (f. Quercus du Maury). He jumped a clear round but with his time of 184,25 seconds, he got one penalty for time. The second place went to France as well. Aurelien Leroy and the 11-year old Selle Français mare Rhexia de Petra (f. Elan de la Cour) jumped a clear round in 186,61 seconds. This resulted in two penalties for time. The Belgian Lara de Liedekerke completed the podium. She and her Averouge Des Quatre Chenes (f. Vert et Rouge) got three penalties for time. Mélody Johner (Frieur du Record CH) and Tim Lips (Bayro N.O.P.) ended respectively on fourth and fifth place. Click here for the results
