Gudrun Patteet conquers gold in opening class Stuttgart German Masters

The Stuttgart German Masters was just kicked off for the international show jumping field with a nice 5* 1.45m class. Here the Belgian Gudrun Patteet guided her 12-year-old Sea Coast Donna Z (Diamant de Semilly) to a fantastic first place.

Patteet completed a flawless course on the back of Sea Coast Donna Z and won the class in an unbeatable time of 58.10 seconds. The Irish Jessica Burke also left the wood untouched with Inpulss (Dallas VDL), and was second on the podium at almost one and a half seconds. Bryan Balsiger took a little longer on the back of the 8-year-old chestnut mare Just Special VK (Falaise de Muze), and finished third in 63.56 seconds.

In front of his own audience, Patrick Stühlmeyer took fifth place aboard Drako de Maugre (Kannan), just over half a second behind Noora Pentti, who was fourth in the award ceremony with Con Caya (Con Chello).
