Marlon Modolo Zanotelli was in the saddle of the eight-year-old Eclair de Rouhet (by Cardero Champs Elysees Boismar). Together they flew through the second phase in a time of 28.01 seconds and nobody was able to beat that time. Eclair was also the best eight-year-old of the class.

Pius Schwitzer came pretty close. With the eight-year-old Ellie de Chasnay (by L'Arc de Triomphe) he finished in 28.57 seconds, good for second place. Katharina Rhomberg was in the saddle of the best seven-year-old. That was Colestus Cambridge (by Colestus) and together they finished in third place. That way they stayed ahead of Gerrit Nieberg and the eight-year-old Cwept 4 (by Casadello), who finished fourth. Barbara Schnieper completed the top five with the seven-year-old Porthos ter Sarren (by Diamant de Semilly).

On six we had not one, but two riders. Grégory Wathelet kept the Belgian honour high. With the eight-year-old BWP'er O'Blue de Corlato (by Zirocco Blue VDL) he stayed clear in a time of 30.22 seconds, good for sixth place. Etter Daniel had set the exact same time with the seven year old Picobello van't Roosakker and thus finished in sixth place as well.
