No rain keeping Conor Swail from winning in CSI5* competition Dinard

In Dinard, France, jumping continues at CSI5* level. The riders were just presented with a 1m50 class in which there was direct competition against the clock. The heavens broke open during this class but that could not stop Conor Swail from riding Theo 16 (by Christian 25) to the finish in 67.17 seconds.

With this time, he was almost 2.5 seconds faster than Shane Sweetnam who took second place with Out Of The Blue SCF (by Verdi TN). The duo left the wood untouched and clocked off in 69.55 seconds. Gilles Thomas was the best Belgian in third place. He counted on Feromas van Beek Z (by Fantomas de Muze) to jump clear to the finish in 70.13 seconds.

Denis Lynch followed with Vistogrand (by Fantaland) in fourth place. This combination was able to keep the clear and clocked off in 70.25 seconds. Fifth place was again for a Belgian rider: in the saddle of Quality Star Z (by Quality Time), Jérôme Guery just jumped to a top five spot in 70.30 seconds.
