At the Prix du Département de l'Oise 1m50 in Chantilly, American rider Alessandra Volpi jumped to victory with Qannando B & V (Kannan), an impressive BWP stallion bred by Valentijn and Bart De Bock - Van Poucke.
With half a second difference, second place was for Odile Gierech with Quentao JW van de Moerhoeve. This descendant of Vigo d'Arsouilles showed again why Belgian bred horses are in demand worldwide.
The Belgians were not left out: Rik Hemeryck jumped to a nice third place with Inoui du Seigneur (Jenson van't Meulenhof).
Further down in the top five we found the Swiss Anthony Bourquard with Everest d'Ellipse (Vagabond de la Pomme) in place four and the Irish Jenny Rankin with Quatinka (FRH Quaid) in fifth place.
