Ahlmann on top in Global Champions Tour Ranking after Monaco leg

The Global Champions Tour of Monaco has reached it ending this afternoon with the last CSI5* competition of the weekend. A new GCT weekend means a few changes in the overall ranking... Christian Ahlmann is the new leader. He tops the ranking with a total of 154 points. The Dutch rider Harrie Smolders is second with an overall total of 150 points. Smolders did not start in Monaco this weekend. The Italian rider Alberto Zorzi, who won the Grand Prix on Saturday, is moving forward in the standing. He's now on the third place in the overall ranking. That other top Italian rider, Lorenzo de Luca follows on fourth place. Scott Brash takes account of the fifth place.
