In the four star competition at the CSI Ommen in The Netherlands the Small Tour competition fell prey to Dutch rider Albert Zoer. In this 1m40 competition he went head to head with eventer Michi Jung whom he beat aboard his Dutch Warmblood Freedom (by Larino) in 64.09 seconds. Jung and his FischerChelsea (by Check in 2) took second place by finishing in 64.25 seconds. Aboard his second horse Sportsmann - S (by Stolzenberg) he also finished in fourth place after a clear round. The third place went to Swedish rider Irma Karlsson aboard her Balahe (by Baloubet du Rouet) with whom she finished in 64.28 seconds.
