In the 1m50 final of the Medium Tour in Germany's Donaueschingen it all came down between Steve Guerdat and Jeroen Dubbeldam. Both riders had their eyes on the prize while in the end it was Guerdat who took the victory. Aboard his Thalie d'Anjou (by Airborne Montecillo) he finished in a time of 48.52 seconds keeping it just nearly under the time of Dubbeldam's 48.58 seconds. Dubbeldam and his Roelofsen Horse Trucks Gioia van het Neerenbosch finished with that time in second place. Then in third place it was Michael Jung who also came very close aboard his Fischersolution (by Carthino Z) with 48.67 seconds on the clock.
