Belgian riders score with young horses in Frankfurt

In Frankfurt it was time for the finale of the young horses competition with the age of seven and eight. The victory was for the German Johannes Ehning with C-Jay 3 (by Carthago). The combination jumped double clear and stopped the jump-off in a time of 32.63 seconds. On the second, third and fourth place you saw all Belgian riders, the men had to let the lady go first. Gudrun Patteet jumped to the second place with Sea Coast Coco Berlini (by Caspar). Patteet crossed the finish in 33.33 seconds and was followed by Pieter Devos in 34.23 seconds. He rode with his 8-year old Zangersheide mare Claire Z (by Clearway). Constant Van Paesschen came with Veneur d'Isigny (by Diamant de Semilly) on the fourth place. He jumped a clear jump-off in 37.81 seconds. The top five was completed by the German Mario Stevens. He came into the arena with Fairmont E (by Ferragamo) and finished in 38.03 seconds.
