Bertram Allen speeds to victory in Hamburg

To conclude an exciting sportive day at the international CSI5* in Hamburg, Germany. A total of 47 combinations took the start in the concluding 1.50m class, from which only nine returned for the Jump-Off. The stage riders made it a close call after Olivier Philippaerts and Ikker (by Ogano Sitte) set the time in 40,29 seconds. Everyone believed the winner was known, however that was apart from the skills of young Irish rider, Bertram Allen who surprised the crowd with a victory. Aboard Molly Malone V (by Kannan), Allen speeded to victory after a clear finish in 39.95 seconds. USA's Jack Towell eventually placed third after a finish in 40.70 seconds with NEw York (by Verdi). Laura Kraut followed in fourth with her new ride, Hello Guv'nor (by Diamant de Semilly), while Laura Klaphake and Catch me if you can (by Catoki) completed the top five. CLICK HERE FOR THE RESULTS
