German's dominate the class in Spangenberg

At the Spangenberg horse show the German's ruled the 1.45m class this afternoon. A first prize of over 6,000 Euro was at stake, and the total top seven coloured German. Stopping the clock in 42.71 seconds it was Jan Sprehe who took home the win aboard Startlight (Stakkato Gold x Landadel). A total of 14 horse-rider combinations returned for the jump-off. No less than ten finished faultless. Together with Special One 2 (Stakkato x Escudo I ), Jan Sprehe also claimed the third place. Sprehe's compatriot Janne-Friederike Meyer and Chloe (by Chippendale Z) took in the runner-up position. The top five was completed by Hans-Thorben Rüder (Lady Louise 2) and Maximilian Ziegler (Lady Arielle). Best non-German rider was Dutch Frank Schuttert with Quando Quando (by Quidam S Rubin). The pair finished faultless in 47.11 seconds, finishing eight.
