Eventually it was France's Simon Delestre and Chesall who claimed the victory. The pair finished in 46.95 seconds, about half a second faster as Christian Ahlmann and Codex. Delestre's compatriot Philippe Rozier (Rahotep de Toscane) followed in a third place. The top five was completed by Nicola Philippaerts (Zilverstar T) and Harrie Smolders (Emerald). Belgium's Young Rider, Michael van den Bosch, recently announced to turn back his equestrian activities. Still Van den Bosch proved to be in better shape as ever. In the 1.40m finishing course at the Brussels Stephex Masters he rode to victory aboard Watch Me, stopping the clock in 67.31 seconds. Claiming the victory and the Yamaha Scooter, Van den Bosch left Dutch Suus Kuyten and Dallas du Domaine Z. The pair finished their speed & Handiness in 71.40 seconds. Christophe Vanderhasselt (Gino vd Vrunte) followed in a third place. The top five was completed by STX-rider, Petronella Andersson aboard Norlam des Etisses in fourth position. Santiago Diaz Ortego (Niagara) in fifth.
