Grand Prix Antwerp goes to France once again

Last year it was Simon Delestre who triumpfed  in Antwerp, this year it is Anne-Sophie Godart who sweeps away the win in the CSI4* of Grand Prix taking home the number one spot for France two years in a row. Riding the 12 year old Belgian bred Carlitto van 't Zorgvliet (v. Bruggraaf) she jumped an three clear rounds staying ahead of Taizo Sugitani and homeland rider Niels Bruynseels . With just eleven clear rounds in the first course the field dropped down to just three riders going against each other in the jump off. This is were Godart use the speed of her trusted Carlitto van 't Zorgvliet to make the difference between her and the Japenese Taizo Sugitani riding Avenzio 3 (v. Animo) to beat them by over 1.5 seconds. Niels Bruynseels was just in for a clear round witht Pommeau du Heup (v. Helios de la Cour) and took the carefull route to third place, Oliver Lazarus on Pour le Poussage and  Angelie von Essen  riding Deesse v. Donkhoeve  took 4th and 5th place.
