Last year Jérome Guery won the CSI5* Grand Prix in Knokke, this year he again already jumped in the picture. Yesterday the Belgian show jumping rider victoriously concluded the opening class. Today he added a second victory to the string, winning the "Future Stars" for young horses class, set at a height of 1.35m. Aboard the 8-year-old Belgian Warmblood horse Instit de Jucaso (by Cooper van de Heffinck) he set the unbeatable time of 63.82 seconds. Emanuele Gaudiano folowed as runner-up after a finish in 64.45 seconds with the 7-year-old Chalou (by Chacco Blue). Ann-Carton Grootjans and Jojoe Ter Doorn (by Toulon) finished third. Sweden and Germany coloured the further top five places. Peder Fredricson (H&M Jolie Coeur HP) in fourth and STX-rider, Daniel Deusser (Ivoor van 't Paradijs) completed the top five.
