Meredith Michaels Beerbaum jumps tot the top in the Suncast Classic at WEF II

The last day of the second week at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida the Suncast 1.50m Classic attracted a star studded field of competitors to see only three clear rounds in a jump-off of 12 combinations. Meredith Michaels Beerbaum jumped to glory aboard Artemis Equestrian Farm LLC's Daisy (by Excenel V). Beerbaum is riding the mare since November 2015. Today the pair crossed the finish in 41.896 seconds. France's Marie Hecart followed as runner-up with Cenwood Delle Lame. The Dutch bred son of Emilion stopped the clock in 42.571 seconds. Kimberley Prince placed on a third position with RMF Fatum. This 12-year-old Belgian Warmblood gelding was born with Lieven Boelens and originally named Fatum van de Vrombautshoeve (by Orlando). The top five was completed by Jessica Springsteen with Davendy S (by Kashmir van Schuttershof) in a fourth position and Jimmy Torano with Betagravin (by Quasimodo Z) in fifth. Torano and Betagravin early jumped in the spotlight this week in Wellington. Springsteen took over the reins of Davendy S in 2014 from Eugénie and Cédric Angot. CLICK HERE FOR THE RESULTS
