Niklas Krieg takes Grand Prix of Offenburg in front of his home crowd

In the German Offenburg, the Grand Prix of the 3-star competition has been ridden this afternoon and it was Niklas Krieg who crowned himself the winner. He was the fastest in a jump-off with nine riders. He saddled his 13-year old mare Carella (f. Clearway) to ride a clear round i 40,83 seconds. With this time he beat another German rider, Jörg Oppermann. He ended on second place with Che Guevare (f. Concept). They jumped a clear jump-off as well and crossed the finish line after 41,18 seconds. Romain Duguet and the 11-year old mare Sherazade du Gevaudan (f. Tinka's Boy) took account of the third place. They finished in 41,21 seconds. Michael Whitaker ended on fourth place with Jb's Hot Stuff (f. Locarno 62). Philip Rüping and Clinta (f. Clinton) completed the top five.
