The international five-star show jumpers gather under the sun this week. In Al Rayyan the CSI5* kicked-off with a heavy-build 1.50m opening class. It was Quickly De Kreisker (by Diamant de Semilly) and his rider, Abdelkebir Ouaddar, who jumped to victory. The pair stopped the clock in 65.95 seconds. Luciana Diniz did her best, but was over one second slower with her 12-year-old Fit For Fun 13 (by For Pleasure). The Portuguese finished second and was followed by Derin Demirsoy and Harry K. The top five was completed by Abdullah Alsharbatly with Roso Au Crosnier and Frederic David abaord Equador van't Roosakker. Only eight out of the 22 starters crossed the finishline faultless.
