Young Dutch lady riders dominate in Arezzo

In Arezzo a busy schedule is planed for today. A 1,35m and a 1,40m class has just ended. In the 1,35m class it was the Italian rider Lorenzo Triarico who took the victory. He rode his Mascalzone Senese (f. Fandango) to the finish line in 24,41 seconds and left the wood untouched. With this time, he beat the German rider Markus Merschformann who ended on second place. He jumped a clear round with Zofie (f. Boritas) under the saddle, but his time of 26,80 seconds wasn't enough to beat the Italian winner. The third place went to an Italian rider as well. Gabriele Bresciani rode his 8-year old mare Esdoroville (f. Indorado) to the finish line in 26,98 seconds, completing the top three. Vrieling left the wood untouched as well and finished in 27,13 seconds. This resulted in a fourth place with his 7-year old stallion Curcuma (f. Casall). Anna Giugno took account of the fifth place with Adlerfaenger (f. Michael). In the 1,40m class it were the young Dutch lady riders who ruled the show. The victory went to Lisa Nooren and Chin Champ (f. Chin Chin). She was the fastest of all competitors with a time of 62,19 seconds.
