At the last European Championships in Aachen Cassio Rivetti had to retire the day before the finals. At the vet-check his 17-year-old Vivant van de Heffinck (by Fuego du Prelet) wasn't declared fit to compete. At that moment the pair was standing second in the provisional rankings. Now three months later the pair is ready for action again. Next week Vivant will compete at the international World Cup Qualifier in Madrid, Spain.
