Lisa Cubitt reigns opening of 25th Sunshine Tour

In the 1.45m opening main class of the 25th edition of the Sunshine Tour it was New Zealand's Lisa Cubitt jumping to victory. Aboard Belgium's Gilles Thomas' former Uncas S, Cubitt speeded to victory in 29.96 seconds.

Cubitt and her 11-year-old AES-horse from Udarco crossed the finish in 29.96 seconds. As only pair stopping the chrono in under 30 seconds. It was Dutch Hendrik-Jan Schuttert who settled as runner-up with his 10-year-old Expensive (Unaniem). The pair was followed by Holly Smith in the saddle of Claddagh Iroko (Iroko). Belgium's leading female show jumper, Gudrun Patteet followed in fourth. Aboard Sea Coast Kira (Emerald) she advanced on Karim El Zoghby with Dierette (Ultimo). Before the 1.40m class was conquered by Dutch show jumping rider, Henk van de Pol. Together with Looyman Z (Numero Uno) Van de Pol was followed by Jake Saywell (Havinia van de Roshoeve, f.
